They are charging this as not many people doing this. I got this done my self by doing some study and it costed me just Rs.70/sqft. I am going to do this again and very confident to get the price down to Rs.50/sqft by getting materials at lower cost with more study in the market. Before getting this done, I suggest browse through the net, read forums, understand basics, start with experimenting in a smaller area and then do it yourself. Its much more satisfying to get this done yourself.
