Dream Football is one of the programs of Dream A Dream, an organization that works with children from vulnerable background to develop their life skills. For one who had dreamed a lot about football(though I was from a well off middle class family), and strongly believes that I learned life skills by playing football and who also want to help the not-so-well-off folks in the society, it can't get any better than this - it is a dream opportunity.It will also help the football academy in my hometown that I am associated with by sharing experiences of running an academy.
I met with Bobbymon George, the program coordinator today at the training grounds and I have signed up as a volunteer for the program during the weekends and one of the week days if possible. I will also try to raise funds in one of my future runs along with Association of People with Disability that I support by way of raising funds.
Hopefully this one will not remain a dream like my earlier dreams about football !
