I have been running for couple of months after the last 10K in May , but without a short term goal however, which makes things a bit boring. See my running log The long term goal is to run the 25K Ultra in November. Though I hit 15K in one of the runs, I couldn't follow it up with longer runs. Long runs remained around 10K. But I have found a good rythm of 3 days of running and 3 days of yoga/squats/pushups. I tried swimming couple of days as a cross training activity, but couldn't sustain it. I've been thinking of cycling as well, but hasn't done anything about it.
May be I need a short term goal - 15K by end of month is something I want to shoot for.
