We are off to Puttaparthi for a weekend trip visiting my sister who works in the Saibaba general hospital as a neo-natologist. Saibaba is considered as human incarnation by many of his devotees including my sister. I for one can't digest it however. But he has done a lot of social work and I respect him as a spiritual leader. His philosophy is very sound, but I am not so sure if his devotees follow his advice. Many people turn devotees after they have some problem in life and get cured by visiting baba. Somehow that doesn't go well with my philosophy - I will pray to god(whatever it is) to give me strength to face the challenges in life and not ask for a favor.
This would also be Nishka's first long drive in a car. Looking forward to see how she is going to cope up. We haven't taken her out that much except for the hospital visits. We have a baby seat for her which should be of help I guess. Not many people buy a car seat in india.
